I'm out of town conferencing next week, so the changeover won't be
for at least a week. I am contemplating taking our SVN
infrastructure up to 1.3.1, which would be another thing to do first.

It won't be much work to learn SVN for an experienced CVS user, as
they
have the same workflow model.
The main difference is how SVN handles branches and tags, and that SVN
is slightly less confusing in general.
