Accidentally, there was declared a constant pointer to a Geometry, not a pointer to a constant Geometry, in the C-API. See the archives for details. Fixing this might break source compatibility for clients, but should not break binary compatibility. The same problem was triggered in capi/geostest.c and PostGIS.
