I'm receiving the following fatal error when running a complex operation
on a large dataset in a postgis database in geos 3.8 (GEOS="3.8.0rc2-CAPI
debian10)
postgres: postgres db1 10.0.1.4(54336) INSERT:
MonotoneChainBuilder.cpp:77: static std::size_t
geos::index::chain::MonotoneChainBuilder::findChainEnd(const
geos::geom::CoordinateSequence&, std::size_t): Assertion `start < npts'
failed.
LOG: server process (PID 154) was terminated by signal 6: Aborted
