Comment:
The InteriorIntersectionFinderAdder only seems to be used in the
MCIndexSnapRounder which in turn is used almost nowhere. This code line
seems to have died out. The new snap rounder for overlayng will likely
form the basis for any future snap rounding code in JTS and GEOS.
