Re: 3.14 Release Calendar

I would like to release 3.14.0rc1 next week.
Our packagers have given the cautious green light and I am not hearing
that remaining PRs are going to land shortly.
I think we should consider an early 3.15 as necessary to bring in any
features that only just barely miss this cycle and we want out in the
wild.
Thoughts?
