Add "friendly" names to "All formats" dropdown list on preview page
-------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOS-2836
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2836
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.0-alpha1
            Reporter: Mike Pumphrey
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.0-beta1
         Attachments: previewUpdated.jpg

See screenshot.

I suggest that the list of output formats listed in the "All formats" dropdown
should not be the raw MIME types, but instead be a list of "friendly" names.

Example:
SHAPE-ZIP -> Zipped shapefile
application/vnd.google-earth.kml+xml -> Google Earth KML

The MIME type could go in parentheses or even as a tooltip if it is deemed
worthwhile to have it be somewhere on this page.
