Opening a jira issue for the things that we need to remember in the
announcement.
* Watermarking is a nice new functionality that people asked us for quite a bit
of time. Thanks to GeoSolutions for implementing it.
* Coverage reprojection now works a lot better. Thanks to Martin Desruisseaux
for the continued support on the GeoServer CRS subsystem needs.
* Speed ups and lesser memory consuption in KML generation, especially when
dealing with big geometries (thanks to Gabriel Roldan for that).
