Header links in Admin console made more sensible

1. GeoServer link in the top left corner goes to geoserver.org. This is
confusing, as most websites/interfaces use that space as a "go home" link.
Change this to redirect to the Welcome Page.
2. A geoserver.org link would be advantageous. Add a link to the homepage on
the top right, next to the "Credits" link.
3. "My GeoServer" in the top center does not appear to have any evident
purpose. This should be removed to alleviate confusion.
