Add compression type option for the wms request, like
&format_options=compression:lzw.

Hi,
does anyone know is there any option to change the compression type of a raster
format in WMS-request? I would like to download thousands of raster files in
TIFF instead of PNG, but the TIFFs downloaded (format=tiff8) are uncompressed.
No can do. I would prefer LZW.
At the moment it's not possible, but adding this functionality
would not be that difficult. We'd have to add a new format option,
something like &format_options=compression:lzw
Can you open a jira issue for this one?
