This one is interesting. One time setup is meant to run the teardown 
after all the test methods are done, so a subsequent test should not
be influenced. It would be nice to be able and isolate this behaviour so
that it won't bite another developer. Any pointer on how to reproduce it?

Eh, not a 5 minute thing. If you need a hand, I'm locked waiting
for the configuration and per layer security proposals to be ready to 
go, so I can help. Otherwise I'll just do random bug fixing waiting for
my 1st priority (security) to be ready to go and start coding it.
