                 Key: GEOS-2009
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2009
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: PostGIS
    Affects Versions: 1.7.0-beta1
Environment: debian lenny/testing using the sun-java package.
            Reporter: Ivan Willig
            Assignee: Andrea Aime

I found what i think is a bug in 1.7.0 beta 1. this bug involves
re-projecting postgis data, i have search codehaus and did not find it. however
i wanted to ask the channel before i opened an issue. here is the bug: I have
some postgis information which has a native srs of 26919. I have reprojected it
to 4326 so i can use geowebcache. everything works fine, except when i restart
geoserver, geoserver "forgets" that it needs to reproject the information. so
my question is, should i open an issue ?
