Reprojecting data coming from Oracle generate layout problems

When reprojecting GIS data coming from an Oracle data, there are some problems
drawing the vector representations.
It is not systematic and may disappear by zooming in and out.
The attached word file shows the difference between 2 maps based on Oracle and
on shapefile.
The shapefile which has been loaded into Oracle using Mapbuilder and then
displyed using GeoServer is also attached.
