At the moment we don't pass it because we encode urn as
urn:x-ogc:def:crs:EPSG:4326 instead of urn:x-ogc:def:crs:EPSG:6.11.2:4326 (the
suite expects the latter, hard coded... so silly).
Nevertheless, it's still the official test, so we should pass that one in order
to claim we're WFS 1.1 compliant no?
