Having to restart the web ui each time a change is made to the ui classes is
annoying, we should try to replicate the work of the
http://wicketstuff.org/wicket13doc/org/apache/wicket/protocol/http/ReloadingWicketFilter.html.
Should be only used for development and get out of the way in production
