While I feel that releasing the .WAR only will limit the scope of who is able/willing to test the new UI (SourceForge downloads indicate that twice as many people download the .EXE than the .WAR), I think many of us would agree that it is still preferable to release _something_ rather than slog through the revamping of the release process for the new UI (which could take a few weeks). We'll end up doing that in parallel, but we'll get something out in the meantime. The new UI is worth looking at. :)
