However, I have started on a 'how to write a GeoServer UI plugin" guide on the wiki; it is at http://geoserver.org/display/GEOSDOC/Adding+a+Configuration+Page-GS2 . I would love some feedback on this from someone who hasn't been working with Wicket yet, but I already know of a few things that it needs (info on securing pages, how to create a new UI plugin module). UI guidelines would be a great piece of information here as well. Do we need to come up with our own, or could we just borrow some from another project? (the public project UI guidelines I am aware of are for desktop apps, but perhaps would be suitable anyway.) > With respect to 1.7.0RC1 I have the usual concerns about making an > associated GeoTools release; we seem to have difficulty communicating a > release schedule - as such I am wondering if we should start making > monthly releases again. > > Cheers, > Jody > > David Winslow wrote: > >> So at this week's IRC meeting, I made the usual role call and got a >> response from just Arne and Gabriel.
