I am in favour of this one as well.

Earlier this year some Australian's were around asking how they can 
participate; at that time I recommended that they should look to put one 
of their developers on the PSC.
Can someone remind me if we have a fixed number of PSC members? Or can 
the number vary with respect to participation...
