Placemark points are outside of sufficiently concave geometries.

                 Key: GEOS-2189
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2189
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Google Earth KML Output
            Reporter: David Winslow
            Assignee: David Winslow

Since we just use the simple centroid of polygons to position the point used
for labelling KML placemarks, if a polygon has a hole in the center or simply
is particularly curved, placemark labels will end up outside of the polygon.
The GeoTools renderer seems to avoid this problem, so it may be a good place to
look for techniques to avoid this.
