New FeatureTypes unecessarily append "_Type" to Title

This isn't really a bug, but there doesn't really seem to be a need for it.
When opening up layers in external viewers (uDig, etc), what is displayed is
the Title, not the Name of the FeatureType, so a standard issue GeoServer
instance has a long list with every layer having a "_Type" at the end. As this
is slightly confusing, I recommend removing this functionality, and having the
Name be the same as the Title (unless there is reason for it to be otherwise).
