Oops. I just had the same experience and lost half a day of work :( I don't think I was even near the save button, was restarting GeoServer a lot. What could potentially have happened is that I had a mixture of geotools 2.5-RC1 and 2.5-SNAPSHOT.
I was having issues with my WFSV tables, http://geoserver.pastebin.com/m74f53a0f . (There may very well be something wrong with them, so it doesn't cause me too much concern.) Guess I'll look into it tomorrow, -Arne Andrea Aime wrote: > Hi, > I was playing with GeoServer 1.7.x today and all of a sudden > all layers my data dir went bye bye... all the info.xml files > disappeared from disk. > > Did anyone experience this as well? scary!
