This is not good. We have to assess whether these are failure related to brokenness in the online test engine (like the wcs 1.0 ones, where the test cannot properly handle updateSequece in GetCapabilities) or if we have real issues. Looking at the failures, it seems we have some URL decoding issue, or that we have something broken in the configuration: wfs:wfs-1.1.0-Basic-GetFeature-tc46.1: <ows:ExceptionText>Feature type sf:EntitéGénérique unknown</ows:ExceptionText> Makes me wonder if your filesystem is using utf8 charset or not, the tests depends on the filesytem being able to properly encode accented e chars.
