CoverageInfo getGridCoverage methods should allow to set not only the requested
envelope but also the requested raster dimensions in order to allow subsampling
otherwise, depending on the source implementation (namely, if deferrred loading
is not implemented) OOM errors would be generated quite easily even for simple
FeatureInfo requests
