Well done on the .exe installation / configuration. I've recently ran the
1.6.5 windows exe installer and was quite impresssed with how easy this was
to setup and test. My only comment would be the installer didn't setup the
data_dir I defined correctly (there were some closed bugs in Jira relating
to older versions so this may just have been defered).
