Some web apps need to perform analysis or setup styles, layers and such that
are specific to the current user, and that should just go away when the user
disconnects. We could support this use case by adding a side catalog that is
attached to user sessions, and that knows how to remove items when the session
expires (hint, we need some extra help from the datastores, we miss a
dropType(name) call in the datastore api).
