Forcing native CRS does not set the RequestCRS/ResponseCRS

Forcing native CRS does not set the RequestCRS7ResponseCRS, therefore we save
them as null. Problem is that next time that we hit load or that we reboot the
coverage is discarded becase we don't find the two elements in the XML.
We should:
- set the two elements to the native crs when it is forced in the UI
- check when we submit the config that they are there or throw an error
