I see in the wiki page you write the current root of the 1.7.x branch as branches/1.7.x/ but in the 'end result' section you write it as geoserver/
Are you proposing that the new root of the sources be http://svn.codehaus.org/geoserver/branches/1.7.x/geoserver/source/ or http://svn.codehaus.org/geoserver/branches/1.7.x/source/ ? I am slightly ++ on the latter but mostly just looking for explicitness in the proposal. Another comment: my first thought would have been to choose briefer names for the directories, like geoserver/{src,docs,data} Again, I don't have a strong opinion here but am just throwing it out there; short URLs are nice but this would be a pretty marginal difference. -David Winslow Justin Deoliveira wrote: > Hi all, > > I whipped up a quick little GSIP for the svn reorg discussed last week: > > http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/GSIP+28+-+Subversion+Reorganization > > Comments/feedback/vote welcome. > > -Justin > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Geoserver-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/geoserver-devel
