Be more explicit when we support a feature collection in input

At the moment the format for an input data that is supposed to be a feature
collection is simply:
{code}
<wps:Format>
<wps:MimeType>text/xml</wps:MimeType>
</wps:Format>
{code}
Make it at least state it's GML2 or GML3, eventually provide reference to the
WFS schemas as well (or else maybe not, just provide a reference to the GML
schemas, it would be nice if we could parse plain GML collection without the
extra, and in this case probably useless, WFS attributes)
