I agree that the headings aren't very differentiable.  However, I'm 
personally not a big fan of the colored backgrounds or horizontal rules. 
  I much much prefer the headings to be differentiated by size of font 
(and perhaps color).  I don't feel terribly strongly about this though, 
just trying to keep the pages looking clean.

But since it looks like commits were already done, never mind.  :)
