MapPreview in IE7 is a blank page

Under IE7 the map preview page is almost totally blank, only the GeoServer name
appears. Under more careful inspection the thing is that there are two
screenfuls of white space before you actually reach the map preview table,
which you only get to see after scrolling down for a while.
Anyways, most users won't probably notice that (as the user that reported this
did not)
