Running the service wrapper

The service wrapper works fine in the previous version I had installed (1.6.4).
When I upgraded to 1.7.1, I tried to reinstall the service wrapper, and
Geoserver doesn't run. The problem seems to show up in the 8th line of the
wrapper log where it says:
547 [WrapperSimpleAppMain] ERROR org.mortbay.log - failed
org.mortbay.jetty.webapp.webappcont...@14a55f2{/geoserver,file:/D:/Program%20Files/GeoServer%201.7.1/webapps/geoserver/}
I have also attached my wrapper configuration file (wrapper2.conf).
