The two wfs output formats make up a small module. A few things need doing:
- actually make assertions in the already available unit tests (which already
score a 100% test coverage btw, sort of funny since they don't actually test
the results)
- upgrade dependency to POI 3.2FINAL, which according to the changelog has a
ton of bug fixes
- make a wiki page for the module
