support 3D lines for output to kml in google earth

It would be great if Geoserver could support 3D postGIS types so that we can
get a 3D line in Google Earth. In other words, if I do a ST_MakeLine on a 3D
point geometry using PostGIS, I will have 3D lines. KML has suppport for 3D
lines but Geoserver does not.
