Atm the WFSV RollbackElement element requires a custom xml reader to be read,
and a protocol hack that sets the service to "WFSV" (whilst the WFS forces it
to WFS) in order to avoid a duplicate reader error message. It would be better
to have a way to plug into the transaction readers and add custom bindings
instead (an extension point for the wfs configuration maybe?)
