hi all,
i am trying to develop a plugin for geoserver and followed the guide to
writing plugins
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOSDOC/3+A+Simple+PlugIn
but it is not working
when i give the url
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/ows?request=sayHello&service=hello&version=1.0.0
i get following error message

please give me some suggestions i am just stuck in this point
