I interpreted all your comments as requests to modify the catalog api. I have the impression Justin did the same. Afaik we're well beyond test, it's definitely not the first module that goes thru the process already, the difference is that this is big enough to warrant a GSIP instead of a plain mail asking for feedback. As for lack of mails, yeah, that is indeed a problem, we're using IRC and other communication mails too much and cutting off people that for various reasons can follow the project only reading the mailing list. I guess we should get the habit of posting to the mailing list logs interesting dicussions happening on IRC. Mind, that might mean multiple IRC snippets posted each day.
