The supported formats list and the interpolation methods list are actually
closed sets of options, thus we should provide a UI that allows only to choose
what's available.
The same goes to some extent to the response SRS, but the list is very long. We
could have auto-complete there, and disallow adding a SRS code that we don't
actually know about.
