Database contains a table called 'pima'. This contains six polygons from the
TIGER dataset, which overlays southern Arizona.
index.html shows OpenLayers with an OSM base map and the WMS overlay from
Geoserver.
Initially this works but as the map is browsed, zoomed in and out, etc. the
memory usage by java increases until it runs out of heap space.
