Okay, I'll disable again. I got a bit confused because I (think I) saw a 
recent comment by someone with admin rights.

Maybe we should disable all comments or have the theme state that it is 
not possible to post? Otherwise it definitely looks like you should 
register / login to post comments, it could potentially frustrate users 
to jump through those hoops and still not be able to find the "Add 
comment" button.
