I'm testing this error using a point layer in SDE which I am accessing
in Google Earth using the KML reflector. This is against Geoserver 1.7.x
from SVN, with SDE 9.1 and using the 9.2 DLLs.
By default the KML reflector uses superoverlay mode (which is what we
want to do) but this seems to fail giving the following stack trace. By
specifying mode=refresh it works fine. Have I done something wrong or is
this possibly a bug?
