This occurs because the ContactInfo and JAIInfo objects obtained from
GeoServerInfo are not proxied, therefore changes are set directly. They are not
persisted, but restoring requires a restart. They should be wrapped in proxies
as well. This can be done by making them implement the Info interface. But this
means we need to assign them ID's.
