Resurrect demos from the 1.7.x geoserver UI

* WMS Overlay on Google Maps

These seem a bit out of the place in the UI since they depend on having the
vanilla release configuration directory around. Perhaps a link from the UI to
demos.geoserver.org or something is more appropriate. I leave it your hands
