Have container object deletion cascade down to contained objects, so worksapce
delete stores, which deletes resources and layrs pointing to it.
Layer groups will be modified, not deleted
Add a checkbox column with "select all" checkbox in the header that allows one
to select all the rows in the current page.
A separate "remove selected" link/button removes the selected items, provides
confirmtion box with a list of all that
will be deleted (maybe just a summary, like counting the layers that will be
deleted as a result of removing 2 stores)
Selection is local to page, any action of changing page, sorting, filtering
wipes it out.
