The custom icons for the different store types can be declared in the app-code
applicationContext through an instantiation of {{DataStorePanelInfo}}, but if
the corresponding geotools plugin is not on the classpath the bean creation
fails (cause the datastore factory/gce format is not found), preventing the
whole application to function
