Add preview to layer edit page

One of the problems with viewing through layers is that there is no quick way
to look at a layer on the map. The only way to do this is back out to the layer
preview, and then again find your layer. The workflow should be:
1) view layer table
2) find relevant layer and click on it
3) preview it
