Hello. Ahh, yes this is a good question. I'm thinking perhaps we could move the current docs to a subdir:
http://docs.geoserver.org/VERSION/LANGUAGE/MANUAL/ a la: http://docs.geoserver.org/1.7.x/en/user/ I think the directories are kind of busy as it is, so each language should probably be put in their own folders. But I'd really like to hear suggestions on how to proceed with multilingual documentation as we definitely want to encourage this. Thanks Leandro (and Gabriel for the translation)! Thanks, Mike Pumphrey OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org Gabriel Roldan wrote: > Hola Leandro, > > I think the person that can better help you here is Mike, cc'ed, so when > writing to the list you'll have better chances of being helped if you do > so in english. > > Leandro I guess when you and Mike decide on what the best course of > action is to hold translations on svn you can go through the normal > procedure which would be having a current commiter review your patches > (I of course volunteer), sign out the copyright assignment document, and > after a couple good patches being proposed to have commit rights yourself. > > Mike, I'm translating Leandro's message bellow for you: > > Hi all, > > I've translated to spanish some sections of the documentation, while I > was needing it.
