Catalog is not transactional, and {{ResouceConfigurationPage}} saves both the
{{ResourceInfo}} and it's {{LayerInfo}} in a single shot, producing failures on
saving the layer to end up with a stale ResourceInfo. This happens, for
example, if trying to add a layer with the same name of an already existing one
(since layer names are not validated taking into account the workspace/store or
namespace yet)
