Ability to set, through the GeoServer admin UI, an optional DataStore parameter
indicating that non spatial feature classes shall be exposed through the
DataStore.
Which non spatial feature classes to expose as FeatureTypes are restricted to
the non spatial tables registered in the ArcSDE database (For example, using
the command sde_table -o register) and that have an SDE or USER managed primary
key. Otherwise it is impossible to assign a reliable feature identifier to the
Feature instances.
