When I make the following WMS request:

http://demo.opengeo.org/geoserver/wms?request=GetMap&bbox=-139.590625%2C19.406640625%2C-53.809375%2C55.793359375&format=application%2Fpdf&srs=EPSG%3A4326
}}}
I get a NullPointerException service exception report. I'm sure there is a
good reason why it broke, but it would be nice if GeoServer gave a more
informative error message.
