Create explicit links for plain KML and for superoverlay one

Currently the KML link points to the superoverlay mode, have it use the refresh
mode by default and show a separate link for the superoverlay mode.
Rationale: superoverlays are not always working, and even when they do they
have strange side effects on smallish data sets (like not showing all of the
features and require you to zoom in in order to show them)
