1) the gt-feature-pregeneralized module is already in geotools trunk 

2) the feature-pregeneralized geoserver module is waiting for migration, see 
GEOS-2887,
I tried to migrate some times ago without success, so I will leave this to 
Justin. 

Justin, you can put the geoserver parts into main as you like. If you want 
to alter the package names, give me a ping, I have to update the tutorial in 
sphinx. 

Jody, 2 weeks ago I created GEOT-2546, I waiting for an ok, this is the LAST 
issue for IBM SDK builds (geotools and geoserver). grrrrr
